DADO MORONI, piano
LUIGI TESSAROLLO, guitar
The second evening is dedicated to Top Italian Artists and, this year, starring a great duo. Dado Moroni, pianist of unparalleled sensitivity and competence, and a great connoisseur of jazz guitar, Luigi Tessarollo, deep admirer of the great Jim Hall, offer the conception and interpretation of the relationship between the piano and the guitar, based on the quality and intensity of the musical message.
In a virtual journey through the repertoire, the magic of the American Songbook, Dado and Luigi perform the most beautiful compositions of great composers like George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, Richard Rodgers, Jerome Kern, Irving Berlin, made unique in a mix of fresh, current and unpredictable, in the best tradition of jazz improvisation.
